I previously worked as an assistant chef in a café in India. I have always been passionate about the food industry, and while I planned to open a small food joint in Warsaw, I wanted to gain local experience and industry exposure first. This step allows me to better understand the market, refine my skills, and build a stronger foundation before starting my own ventur
